 Office Hours during finals week

  • Tuesday: 11:00 am to noon and 2:15 pm to 2:45 pm

  • Wednesday: 9:00 am to 10:30 am

  • Thursday: 11 am to noon

Office hours will be revised in case of unforeseen events

​

Wednesday morning office hours are canceled on March 4

Office hours changed as follows (March 2 to March 6):

Tuesday 10:30 to noon and 2:15 to 2: 45 pm

Wednesday 1 to 2 pm

Thursday 11 to noon

If you cant' make it to office hours an appointment can be scheduled.  

 

 

Academic Advising & Career Advising

Academic Advising

Before seeking academic advising you need to prepare the following items:

 

  1. Visit Bronco Direct and look for "MyPlanner". Complete the information for the in-coming academic year plan. Print a copy for the advising meeting.

  2. Copy of a current unofficial transcript,

  3. Up-to-date flow chart (fill up completed classes and circle the ones taken in the current quarter), and

  4. Updated academic plan (academic plan for the whole program not only one quarter). Preparation of the academic plan requires few hours, make sure that you have it ready before coming for advising.

 

IMPORTANT: No advising will be given without the advising documents

Career Advising

 

In addition to your academic plan you should develop a professional plan.

Academic and professional plans should be consistent.

Options to include in professional plan:

 

  1. EIT/FE (when to prepare for the test, and when to take it)

  2. Internships

  3. Study abroad

  4. Research experience for undergraduates (REUs or on-campus research)

  5. Student leadership positions
